          There are many types of laser treatment, the common ones are Q-switched laser, ultra-picosecond laser etc. The following are the precautions after these treatments.

          Q-switched laser

          The Q-switched laser adopts the principle of photothermal selection, that is, through the ultra-pulse time of nanoseconds and milliseconds, the laser instantly reaches the deep layer of the skin and smashes the pigment particles inside the skin.

          It is mainly used to remove pigmented skin lesions, hyperpigmentation formed by mixed pigments and traumatic hyperpigmentation. Such as: nevus of Ota, café-au-lait spots, tattoos, brown-green nevus, age spots, freckles, seborrheic keratosis, etc.

          What are the advantages: The device has a wide pulse width and can better deliver laser energy to the target chromophore. Provides comfortable, fast and effective treatment for a wide variety of epidermal and subcutaneous pigmented lesions. Does not damage the skin and hair follicles, leaving no scars.

          1.Q-switched laser is mainly used for the treatment of pigmented diseases, and cold compress immediately after treatment. The skin lesions on the treated area will appear red, swollen and scabbed after surgery, and the scabs will gradually fall off in about 5-7 days.

          2.Keep the treatment area as dry as possible without water for the first 3 days before scab formation. Apply a thin antibacterial ointment twice a day to prevent infection. If there are small blisters, do not puncture them by yourself, wait for them to absorb slowly, and apply scalding cream.

          3.After removing the scab, you can return to normal face washing and makeup. Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause the color to deepen in a short time and form a color sink. Long-term sun protection is required after Q-switched laser surgery. Physical sun protection (wearing a hat, mask or umbrella) and sunscreen with SPF30, PA++++ or above are recommended.

          What skin problems can ultra picoseconds solve? Freckles, chloasma, sunburn and other pigmentation spots; dull skin and pigmentation; tattoo patterns, eyebrow tattoos/eyeliners; dark brown acne marks (red acne marks are recommended M22 ultra-photon); skin elasticity is reduced; skin fine lines, Wrinkles; Ota nevus, freckled nevus; tattoos and stains that cannot be removed by traditional lasers.

          What should I pay attention to before doing ultra picoseconds?

          1.It is best not to do exfoliating items within a month before doing ultra-picoseconds;

          2.It is not recommended to do ultra-picosecond treatment for those who are about to go on vacation. Once the sunscreen is not in place during the trip, it may make the skin darken;

          3.If you have chloasma, you must find a professional doctor in a medical institution for evaluation before treatment, because chloasma is squeamish, and if it is irritated in the advanced stage, the color of the plaque will deepen;

          4.It is not suitable for ultra-picoseconds if there is too high-intensity sunlight exposure within a month, otherwise the probability of anti-blackening after treatment will be greatly increased;

          5.The expected value should not be too high. It is necessary to treat according to the doctor’s suggestion according to the course of treatment, and slowly achieve the effect you expect;

          What are the overall therapeutic advantages of ultra-picosecond laser? Short downtime; reduce the probability of blackening; fewer treatments and better results; reduce pain during the process.

          What will happen after the ultra-picosecond laser? Mild tingling or redness that subsides quickly after repair; localized wheals (common in those with urticaria); itchy and pimples may occur at the treatment site; mild swelling (in ultra-picoholographic high-energy conditions); extreme A small number of patients will return to black, and they can recover on their own; there are individual differences in each person, and the postoperative reaction will also be different.

          1.Ultra-picosecond is mainly used for the treatment of pigmented diseases, and can also be used for skin rejuvenation. When the ultra-picosecond laser is used for the treatment of brown-cyan moles, tattoos, nevus of Ota, and freckles on the cheekbones, the postoperative reaction is lighter than that of the Q-switched laser, with slight redness, swelling and bleeding, and the recovery period is shorter.

          2.When the ultra-picosecond laser is used for the treatment of chloasma, temporary erythema may appear after the operation, and you can wash your face, skin care, and makeup normally without delay.  Gently wash your face with water and strengthen the skin barrier repair, you can use some mild medical moisturizing cream or moisturizing mask under the guidance of a doctor;

          3.Long-term sun protection is required, physical sun protection (wearing a hat, mask or umbrella) and sunscreen with SPF30, PA++++ or above are recommended.
